Edgewood Ranch · Peyton, Colorado
Privacy policy
Effective September 19, 2026
Edgewood Ranch is a small, family-run glamping property near Peyton, Colorado. In short: this site only collects what you choose to send us, we use it only to answer you, and we never sell it.
What we collect
- When you join the Airstream waitlist: your name and email address, plus your phone number and a note if you add them, and which stay you’re interested in.
- When you email us: your email address and whatever you write.
- When you visit: like almost every website, our host receives basic technical details with each request, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you open, in logs used to run and protect the site.
- In your browser: the site keeps one small note for the length of your visit (whether you’ve already seen the opening fly-in), so it doesn’t replay. It isn’t used to identify or track you. We don’t use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.
We never ask for payment details. The A-Frame is booked and paid for on Airbnb.
How we use it
- To keep your place on the waitlist and email you when the Airstream opens for booking. We won’t send you anything else unless you ask.
- To answer your messages and questions.
- To keep the site running and secure.
We don’t sell or rent your personal information, and we don’t share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Services we rely on
- Netlify hosts this site and stores waitlist sign-ups for us (Netlify’s privacy policy).
- Google Fonts and jsDelivr deliver the site’s typefaces and 3D graphics code. Your browser fetches these files from them directly, so they receive your IP address (Google’s privacy policy, jsDelivr’s).
- The National Weather Service and Airbnb supply the live weather and the A-Frame’s calendar. Our server fetches both, so nothing about you is sent to them.
- Airbnb: when you choose to book on Airbnb, you leave this site, and Airbnb’s privacy policy applies there.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it for the reasons above. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to leave the waitlist, email us at hello@edgewoodranchglamping.com. Every waitlist email we send will include a way to unsubscribe.
Children
This site is for adults planning a stay. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Security
We use reputable providers to store your information, and the site is only served over an encrypted connection. No website can promise perfect security, though.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. If we ever start using analytics or advertising cookies, we’ll describe them here first.
