This website belongs to Edgewood Ranch (“we”, “us”), a small glamping property near Peyton, Colorado. By using it you agree to these terms, so please read them. They’re short.
Booking the A-Frame
The A-Frame is booked through Airbnb. Your reservation, payment, cancellation policy and house rules are all set and handled on Airbnb, under Airbnb’s terms. The dates, rating and details shown here are a convenience and can lag behind Airbnb (our copy of the calendar refreshes about every 15 minutes). The Airbnb listing is always the final word.
The Airstream waitlist
The Airstream is still being renovated and isn’t open yet. Joining the waitlist doesn’t reserve any dates or commit you or us to anything; we’ll email you when it opens. Pictures marked “Rendering” show our plans, and the finished Airstream may differ.
The 3D ranch
The 3D view is an illustration, not a map. Its layout follows the real property, but the distances are squeezed and details are simplified, so please don’t navigate by it. Directions and check-in details come through Airbnb once you book.
The live sky and weather are there for atmosphere. They use National Weather Service data that can be delayed, so check an official forecast before you travel.

The site is built with three.js (MIT License), is set in Big Shoulders Display, Caveat and Work Sans (SIL Open Font License), and uses public weather data from the National Weather Service.
Trademarks
Airbnb is a trademark of Airbnb, Inc., and Airstream is a trademark of Airstream, Inc. We use their names only to describe where our listing is booked and the kind of trailer we have. Edgewood Ranch isn’t affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by either company.
Using this site
Please don’t misuse the site: no trying to break or overload it, and no spam through our forms.
No warranties
We work to keep the site accurate and running, but it’s provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Edgewood Ranch isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Your stay itself is covered by your booking and its terms.
Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to use this site. You can choose a stay without the 3D view (use the stay cards, or press 1 or 2), and motion is reduced if your device asks for it. If anything is hard to use, email us and we’ll help you directly.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the current version. How we handle your information is covered in our privacy policy.
